The Collective is 262 feet west of the bus stop, on the north side of the street.

If you’re coming from the North (south of the river), take the #85 southbound. Get off at the “Gillham and at 31st Southbound” stop. The Collective is 466 feet east of the bus stop, on the north side of the street.
